Previous page Gifts Fulfilled is a small woman owned business with the goal of creating jobs for individuals with disabilities. How did we get our start? Finding employment is a challenge for the disabled community so we decided to take 20+ years of gift industry knowledge to create a mission based company that creates jobs for disabled adults. What problem are we solving? The unemployment rate for persons with a disability was 10.5% in 2016, about twice that of those with no disability. Along with the lower likelihood of having a job came the higher likelihood of experiencing persistent poverty. (Survey of Income & Program Participation May-Dec. 2010) Why do we love what we do?
